KR Calculation

How is the KR calculated? I thought it used to be Kill/Death ratio...But it does not seem to be the case. I can go 45-2 and it won't even get a +0.001, yet if I get a K/D under my KR it usually goes down a little. Having the highest KR (around 6.4) on Hardcore, I'd like to keep it but it's been going down for a while now. Can't get it up anymore Zelly told me about killing people with higher KR to get a better KR, and killing low KR players doesnt give much/any KR. Is this right? Thanks.

Today I got 3 crashes on jay4 (silent mod).. And 1 or 2 in the previous days.. This starts to be pretty annoying.. Related to mod or my game.. I never used the gun_frame cvar on this pc, so not present in cfg or profile folders! If it's my game, is there another way to fix it than to uninstall it again ?
