ADDED:  Doing an "image-search" came up with a lot of ATAs and ManPads.  I didn't see anything exactly like yours. :hmm

Mine eyes deceived me into reading AT4 as "ATA" 😄

 

I can only assume that "kotex pad" is a modern military friendly jibe!

LMFAO......Was looking for the clip where a guy is carrying a women on his shoulders then when he puts her down her dirty friendly jibe pad is stuck on his back. 😄
