Website Bug with not yet transformed smiley

Lets say I want to make a new post or status update on the forum. For example this

 

But after typing this I forgot that I wanted to type the "it", like: "Testing it now ", so I go back in that moment, click right behind the word now like this

 

and start typing the "it". After I typed it like:

 

 

so lets finish and push a space, lets see what happens.

 

oh... this is not what I wanted. Now the smiley is transformed, there is a space after it and no space between the it and now.

 

I know its not the most important issue that we can find is start searching for ways how to improve the forum... but I still thought I would put it here
