well on jay2 all the new bullseyes  there are at 4000 rate. 15 maxpackets .. i played  very first wolf and doom ..  .lol   so does that count.lol

Do they have same rate on next visit? I will check for that. I would suggest making a bind to help those players.

yes they do i had to help one fella few times and he would leave server and come back and it would revert back to 4000/15. i had to help him in his cfg.we did tho finally get him fixed up!
