Here DICE talks about how they are going to put even more focus on PC with BF3 than they did with BC2. I really want BF3 to be good, but I don't think it'll cut it if they keep the horrendous dedi servers they have right now. Edited by Tomato

I'll upgrade my graphic card to DX11 by then. I see the release set for Dec 2011 or sometime in 2012 if there already planning it. Unless they are pushing for 2013 and just want mass marketing now

whats wrong with servers?

They have set player counts of 8 (Squad Rush), 16, 24, and 32. You can't have any other number of players. You also can't install mods onto your servers, or even admin tools (unless they have changed this recently). The problem is that it just so much of a controlled experience.
