This server patch fixes the wwwdl based exploit that causes all players to disconnect from all patches (including ettv).

This bug normally causes all players to disconnect when the the command is run by an attacker.
After the fix, it still shows up in the log, but only the attacker gets kicked.

Anybody knows the plug-in is causing download problems? We had those in another server and it seemed this fix was causing it...

 

Yes few admins reported it. I don't think anything can be done about it unless you add assembly patch for it using jump at different location. Since source code is open, might just want to recompile it.
