New copyright laws allows copying of owned DVDs and use of any owned DVD clip in a non-commercial movie. Jailbreaking and unlocking of phones, ability to crack video games for 'investigation purposes' and something about eBooks. People do all that stuff anyway only now they can't go to jail for it if they actually catch someone.

Nice. As far as i know, there was already a law that gives you authority to make copies of copyright material as long u dont distribute it
