I guess I suck at those things, but I simply can't watch the demos I made in wolfenstein.

They are saved in my Jaymod-folder under the map 'Demos'.

When I press on it (So they play), it says it's an unknown extension and windows can't open the file.

How can I deal with this?

Watch it ingame: Mods -> Jaymod, wait until it restarted. Replays -> Your demo.

Thanks, and how can I upload it if I want for example to show it to you? (In case of a cheater etc)

Just go to mediafire and browse for the demo you wish to upload, you can upload more then one at once: http://www.mediafire.com/

 

So I can just upload my demos like photos on free hosting servers and then you guys can see them?

Exactly, after you upload you'll see the 'go to my files' button and then click on the demo and post the url for the download.

Acceptable video types are: 3g2, 3gp, 3gp2, 3gpp, 3p, asf, avi, divx, dv, dvx, flv, moov, mov, mp4, mpeg4, mpg4, mpe, mpeg, mpg, qt, wmv, xvid, rm
