Planning to watch it in cinema today. Only question is- is it worth the extra cash for 3D?

I saw this...the 1st one was by far the best.

 

This one was predictable all the way to the ending.

 

ALL THE WAY.

 

Gone was the edginess that made Zander an underground hero.  Now, he's worldwide famous and skateboards down mountains to give peasants free satellite TV feeds of a freaking soccer game! 

 

Loner gets pulled in...loner builds a team...team gels with inner conflict always waiting to bubble over...add explosiions, gunfight, hand to hand...find the device...lose the device...get it back again...meh.

 

I'd rather watch the original...even the one with Ice Cube then watch this one again.  

 

I expected better and was totally let down.

Watched it in 3D, even though it was originally filmed in 2D, the director planned the scenes so that gfx team could convert it to really effective 3D.

Besides the hand to hand combat scenes it was one of the best 3D movies I´ve seen, there are only 2-3 more worth the money(Avatar and one of the mythological movies).

 

Really good 3D action movie!
