Install/copy et to another Mac/pc

...hello so yesterday my new Mac mini arrived my home and I was wondering if I'm able to copy the game plus my guid without loosing my lvl and xp ingame? Afaik as I did a new installation last time I copied the guid into my main folder but it wasn't recognized in game so I had to start new.

The w:et source is the etkey file in your etmain folder.

 

The Sil:guid source is the sllent.dat file in your silent folder.

 

Be sure to back them up somewhere off of your computer.  Some people put them on their Gmail or other online storage site.  

 

Beginners#2 will REQUIRE that silent.dat file for sure!  :)

 

A Mac expert should tell you if you can just copy your whole ET installation to a USB drive and then copy that into your Mac.  It can be done that way on Windows, but I am unfamiliar with the Ways of the Mac!

thanks. i guess i just keep the 2 files for guides and the maps plus config and will install rest new since im playing via emulation software i have to. 

et key i was sure about but never heard about silent well never played silent before :D
