Third one is Tyrions because Lannisters are equivalent of Slytherin and the third dragon is green.

I don't think Bran will be the third rider, I think we will warg into one at some point but he won't physically sit on it.

I never thought to think about the house colors and matching the Dragons but the Lanister's colors red.

 

My friend also argued that Tyrion is going to be the third rider and that Bran will control the wildlife creatures.

We both started rematching the series from the beginning and it does mention that the white walkers can control northern creatures (spiders in particular) so Bran would act as a counterbalance to that.
