I have to write a case report about a vermal infarction patient of mine (aka small brains). Turns out the literature is as oblivious to the small brain anatomy as I am, haha. Luckily, the functions it is involved with is much better understood and so my case report won't be utterly hopeless. I just wished I could tell fellow students something about the anatomy as well.

Also, it's fun to point out that the most useful studies have been from German authors regarding this subject. Thus is proven the fact that studies are committed to diseases with the highest epidemiology. /Sneer!
