I've generally kept my hot sauces pretty basic (e.g., Louisiana Hot Sauce, Tabasco, Tapatío, etc.), but in the last year or so I've started using some new ones (e.g., Crystal, Dat'l Do It, Sriracha, etc.).  Some were hits or miss.

So, I thought I'd toss it out there for discussion:  what are some of your favorite hot sauces and for what dishes?  Any you avoid?

Thanks. :)

Sriracha is all the rage in America at the moment. It's quite good.

I tend to like the hot sauces that add flavor not just heat, I like Franks Redhot.
