I like anything that's worth listening to, I don't have a favorite genre or band anymore. Right now I'm getting back into more Hiphop/rap/pop Music. Some artist i'm getting into lately are Fetty Wap, Drake, and Kendrick Lamar.

I listen all genre of music but I pref rap.

My favorite artist is Nekfeu, a french rapper.

I've always loved music but for strange reasons sometimes I think silence is the best music

 

I've had phases when I only listened to a certain band/artist nonstop (e.g. Pink Floyd) then for some time I didn't listen to much music, now I'm sort-of in a Babymetal phase, maybe because I keep reading their interviews to practice my Japanese, and the more you get into a band or artist the more it becomes familiar and a sort of habit. I've even picked my guitar again a bit, but their stuff is too much virtuosistic for common mortals with chronic tendonitis from too much PC and games.

 

In general I used to prefer stuff with 20min solos and the like... too much pop or, god forbid, rap, and it wasn't my cup of tea, but recently I tend to be much more flexible. I like all genres, provided that the music is good.

 

Well, in reality all music is good, but music is like friends, if you have too many you have none. Maybe in the world there's better people around but your friends are your friends and you don't care...

 

And also, for some time I listened only to classical music, and all the rest sounded too raw and simple to my ears, now in this present moment I find classical music boring... I guess it depends on how you feel in different moments
