GraveDigger
I am not sure if this is a software issue or hardware. I have have this fatal error at least a dozen times over the last 12 months. In the middle of game play the screen freezes and centered on the screen there is a blue rectangle--roughly 3' wide x 2" tall. The error message is as follows and is printed in the blue box. Out Of Range H Frequency 58.8 Khz V Frequency 93.6 Khz Once this happens I have to turn off power via the plugstrip. Is this a video software or video hardware issue? If anybody has any ideas please share them with me.
thundercunt
It is your monitor. You are trying to run it at a refresh rate that it does not recognize. Run everything at 60hz and you will have no problems.
