I use Google Chrome dev version under Win10 Pro 64b and no such problems of copying\pasting encountered so far. Currently on version 50.0.2652.0 dev-m (64-bit)

 

 

So, maybe try a different version of google chrome (beta, dev, canary, 32 or 64,...).

Dev version?? I never even knew there was a dev version
