I'd hate to be the plumber or electrician that has to work down there and figure it all out! 

 

 

#1 pic, firehose through a car, I saw a similar thing on a US TV show, so I guess it does happen sometimes.  :)   This fire hydrant is a different color and style, so I'm sure that the pic is not from that show.  ;)
