Nail biting

put some bad sour nail liquid.. will make you stop, but after that if you dont have a break down u can continue.. I can do it for 2 months, then i forget and i come back to the nail biting

I've never bitten my nails, but a classmate of mine does and she just uses nail polish, so she doesn't want to ruin her nails then.
But I suppose you don't want to wear nailpolish in cute bright colors or sparkly pretty colors. Would be awesome though.
