It's binded in one of your profile cfgs, just dig it around, use the CTRL + F search function to make it faster, after that just rename it to some other name, save it up and voila.

etmain->profile- "defaultprofile"

etmain->profile->Kelfoutoir- "profile"

 

and such in other mods if available...

After several tests starting from the most simple, the issue seems solved after replacing the etmain\profiles folder.
