all the fa servers dont work at me?

if im downloading its stop and then i need to shut down the game and open it again?

set cl_allowdownload 0, set cl_allowdownload 1

 

set cl_wwwdownload 0, set cl_wwwdownload 1

 

as in

 

1- Open consol

2- Erease the content

3- type /set cl_allowdownload 1

4- Connect to the server

 

If its fail

 

1- go etmai folder

2- make a new cfg named heuh .... allowdownload

3- type seta cl_allowdownload 1

4- Open the game

5- Open Consol

6- Type /exec allowdownload.cfg

7- Try connect to the server

 

If its fail

 

( Make a backup of your etconfig.cfg, maps, demo ... )

1- Remove ET

2- Instal ET back

3- Update your punkbuster via http://www.evenbalance.com/index.php?page=pbsetup.php , follow the instruction

4- Lunch game

 

If that fail

you can erase content (i presume content of console here ) by typing /clear into console

Go in options->Game and there is download section. Make sure you have set all to YES.

i had the same problem a while back. I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling your ET (http://etui.kashu.fr/ for latest patches and mods). just make a backup of all your maps, configs, etc... Hope this helps

What operating system do you use; vista, windows 7 or XP

Try joining the servers via gamespy arcade or xfire, usually works
