Guid not match problem wihile trying to set my level on the server

Hi to everyone, I recently bought a new PC and I accidentally forgot to make a backup for ET game folder. Finally, I installed the game again, I installed PunkBuster and put a new file "etkey" folder "etmain". I asked a leader to set me back level again but he says that the guid does not match. What can i do in this case?

Just give it some time, not every higher admin is present all the time on forums, when they see the notification they will adjust your level correspondingly.
