spatched chicken fillet in salt, fresh black pepper and all the paprika 250g, 200g tender carrot and cabbage stirfried in black pepper and chicken juices and around 450g of oven fried battered straight cut fries

 

basic sauce with mayo, tomato ketchup, hot sauce,salt pepper, pickle & pickle juice 

 

20 minutes, five portions looks shit tastes great

made another vat of chili, it;s rained over 60mm every day the past three days

 

the temp shows as 27c

 

but feels like 10c with 80% humidity

 

proper chili weather

 

served on 333g of fries (air fried) per head
