My, what a popular corner.  I noticed that most of them were trying to be as modest as possible, or avoid arrest, I don't know which.  Citation, at least.

 

That water does three things, runs them off, cleans the corner and maybe instructs to not do that there again!  One problem:  if it is Summer Time, they might come back to get cooled off!   :)
