While in spec watching certain players I was repeatedly getting kicked due to inactivity. Is this normal, or do I need to !ms to be shoutcaster to remain in the spec mode. BTW. what does shoutcaster do?

Yes, FA admins can !ms and stay in spec on full silent-mod servers.  I will let you discover what shoutcaster does, rather than reveal it in this public forum.   :)  Have fun with your explorations.
