Steam. Sony. Shit, even FA could sell personal info if the founders really wanted to. The truth of the matter is, if you use anything with online services you're at risk. Though the scarce moments that I do the legal pages literally state some ownership claims and responsibility statements. I do believe there is some upcoming European change in law that you can not simply expect people to read all that text and therefore you are not able to legally claim people agreed to the full text, whatever is in it.
