I am to make a sig for a member, (Im too new I guess fr one myself)  Usually there are size contraints, just wondering what is allowed here in FA.

Your signature may contain:

  • • Up to 2 images
  • • Images up to 600 x 150 pixels
  • • Up to 10 URLs
  • • Up to 20 lines

You'll be able to have a signature once you reach "Regular User" status, which is triggered by your 20th post.

Do u use jpg, or  or a lossless extension?

JPEG please. :) I suppose you could use PNG, or even a GIF (ugh) but some members might not have an internet connection fast enough, or the correct browser settings to render them properly (without the good ol' dialup scroll loading :P).
