Sure it can be /used/ for piracy, but then so can xfire, file sharing websites and almost anything that allows you to share content with other people. That particular website won the right to continue, if I remember what I read correctly, after YouTube took steps to stop people ... or something like that. Hah. I think numbnuts is just using caution given the head honchos stance on piracy. It's still an ongoing battle when it comes to google and these sites. I don't think it's out of the water yet. The way the US works with music piracy is f***ing retarded anyway. I mean, giving my homie a mixed tape back in the day should have landed me some hefty fines or put me in jail amirite? Quote

I will usually put a copywrite disclaimer in my description and that it is intended for personal entertainment and instruction only. Quote
