Yes I agree it is cruel to see. However, the police are put in very touch situations everyday and if i was in his position i would have done the same thing. I have 9 dobermans so don't say i am not an animal lover. The dog did jump up at the office and rots can be very vicious

I can understand it but sometimes they take it too far.
