Pepperonipizza Posted February 9, 2010 Author Share Posted February 9, 2010 My rate is 34k, my maxpackets, I have tried with 15, 100 and anything in between. It's not any of the ET settings. It's simply my internet that blows. I'm lucky to even be able to download e.g. shockwave install files. If I'm not lucky, I don't get to. I'm in a dorm, behind a router that I share with 16 other people. I'm moving to another dorm next year just for the internet connection. I'm so tired at this.
