It is my opinion that the ones who made the memorial intent was to honor the soldiers sacrifice and wish the best to their souls in accordance with their personal beliefs.if someone wanted to express respect and well wishes to me that way I would not mind even though it does not mesh with my personal beliefs.These "humanists" time and effort would be better spent expressing well wishes to others in their own way which I doubt will ever happen.

Very disrespectful, another reason why I dislike religion.

 

 

 

 

 

 

From what I gather its a group of non-religious people wanting to remove the cross for its religious undertones
