Lol that isnt someone from holland,look at around the end the camera men says smth to his buddy,and its defo not dutch language.. xD

My guess by the cross on their uniforms is that they're Swiss. You can briefly see it when the cameraman turns the camera towards his buddy and you see the white cross on the red background. The language I don't recognize though.

 

And yes, the dude's got moves.
