Error in validating

Hi FA,

 

I have a friend (COD4 name "JJ", X-fire name "igrok222"), who is looking to apply to the FA clan in the coming months. However when he has tried to create an account on the forums he got an error saying:

 

" we could not find the validation request you are attemping to verify".

 

I am creating this topic on behalf of him, as obviously he can't :P. His account name that he has tried to create on the forums is "igrok222". If you have any advice on how to proceed then can you tell me? I have instructed him to keep an eye out on this thread. He has tried creating an entirely new account and has checked all of his details to no avail.

 

Any advice????

Because he is validating that account 2 times. He has already validated the account and I can see he is under "Forum User".

He just needs to login in on forums using username and password.
