Anyway to reduce the muzzle flash like a little small then regular muzzle flash? I can completely disable it but if any player want they can have little flash.

i play on etpub and etpro and i get no muzzleflash at all.

 

You can disable muzzleflash by going to Nitmod -> Display -> Muzzleflash. But then again that will completely disable your muzzle. We want to keep it little bit and hence mod hack needed :)
