The Mars Rover Spirit is stuck in the sand of Mars. It will run out of power as dust covers its solar panels and cease to function. It could be activated someday if the dust is ever blown off, but it may be damaged by then. I find this quite sad.

Its okay. The aliens are going to steal our rover and turn it into a rice cooker

It was bound to happen. With absolutely no way of cleaning them off ourselves, it is only a matter of time until the sands of Mars claim its first visitors from Earth.

sands used to clean the solar panel in the past anyway, making it 2x efficient.

Is this one of the rovers from the first mars rover mission back in like 2005?
