Problem with GUID

Hi guys!

 

 

So i have tried to join you guys but the problem is that you want my GUID, and i cant get it.

 

When i open ET i press ~ but nothing happens. I have tried other variations too.. :/

 

So is there anyway a admin or someone who could check my GUID today in game? Or is there any other way i could get it?

Firstly thanks for the fast answer!

 

So if i understand correctly your ETkey and GUID is the same?

 

EDIT: cant be since my Etkey is only 28 char long, may be allittle long or shorter hard to count

yes its 32 char long its correct but you only need the last 8 digits of it

you took your guid from console by writing /cl_guid ?

press every button on your keyboard until it opens,

-he is saying he can't open his console.

 

What operating system are you using?

What country and language is your keyboard from?

Keyboard is finnish, Razor brand (Arctosa), Windows 7

its the key just under escape and i have finnish keyboard aswell

 

in keyboards here finland we have ~ (tilde) is left to enter so it's not that its the one under esc and up from TAB .

yeah it variates between countries and np glad you got it working

It varies for different keyboards, languages and software.

mine produces a grave accent

no console the one under esc gives me § or with shift ½
