ingredients :

1.5 kg meat

6 garlic cloves, peeled

2 tablespoon cumin

1 pinch of saffron

1 whole lemon confit split into four

1 teaspoon salt

50 g rancid butter

1/4 cup of cooking oil

1 cup water

Onearmed exactly about 4 spoons of it (y) we call it "Smen" in morroco hi give a special  taste  to the dish :3 

P.S : is not necessary to make it but original Tenjiya is with Smen :3
