Hi,

 

I think it will be better if it will be strictly necessary to have a Prefix on the Application section, i tested creating a new topic without prefixes and i was able to create the topic (i delete it after that).

It allowed u to do that cos u are super moderator :)

 

Try again :) I disabled that option for super moderator :P

Just tested, I can't create a topic without a prefix in apps section. :P
