Alright, I just noticed when you view profiles (at least mine) there is a notes section. What exactly is T-M? And for ET and CoD4. I may have missed it somewhere. I am just curious what its for.

trial and member...its how many people that you have referred that have become trial or member. How leaders keep track of points.
