I have seen, that someone is using same ingame name as i use,,, http://et.trackbase.net/player/83091/

I have color on my name, he doesnt. And the site is thinking we are same accounts, he plays on other servers... i play on FA servers... What should i do? If i change my name can i get my xp back on Beginners #2 ??

theres two things you can do, if you change your name that won't affect your XP or anything else that is saved by your GUID not by your nickname, the other thing you can do is to reserve your name at trackbase so you can lock it to be just you the one who rate on it, by locking it or unlicking it... you can add a symbol or something to be the only one, so good luck with your choice xD

i suggest you stick to lipton just use special symbol with the name or colors example ***LIPTON or smthing since you applied and you change name its harder for us to keep track that its you on server. besides even if someone is using your name we can allways check its you with ip and guid

no need to change your name!

go to TB

click on 'reserve names' at left bar

add your colortags and youre done

 

if someone plays with your name now, the games wont be ranked (because the has different color code)

With so many players from ET the possibility of someone using the same nick is high, especially with nick like yours, I assume LIPTON is for First Sergeant Lipton of "band of brothers", I've seen several players with that nick, but do not worry, the change does not affect your XP, Your identity is protected by the GUID, which is like your social number in these terms, imagine what would happen with players like mAus, or other top players, so don't worry mate, greetings.

just reserve your name in trackbase and block the raiting points ... is your nickname.. dont change it...
