Ive always been fascinated with both WW's also.
I love the history of other countries. My country (Australia) doesn't really have a rich history as we are still quite a "young" country (only a few hundred years old)


Normandy has always been on my bucket list :)

These are really cool prka, we have a couple here on a beach, they are from ww2 ( was in case of a Japanese invasion). Id get some pics, but they are on a public nude beach....lol

I got to watching a special on national geographic about bunkers of his, how he used 1, 000 men for 6months and put a armored hotel underground bunker. With full kitchen, hospital and birthing areas to fit 5, 000 people.

 

This special was on saturday last week if uve ever seen it, I got big respect for the architecture of all bunkers.
