so i tried to launch Via Xfire and now i get "invalid guid" error -.-. i hope that i do not have to get a new guid ghehe

 

anyone idea's how to solve this?

Nope, when you launch through xfire it ends up loading a different profile location. Launch it through your normal shortcut and you should be OK.

I don't use xfire so I can't test it, but I guess it's a problem of config profiles, etmain vs some other mod.

Maybe it loads etmain first, or it doesn't load etmain first, anyway...

 

- if you can put extra options on xfire for et command line, add +set cl_punkbuster 1 and see

- if you can't (I don't use xfire again, so I don't know), try adding

set cl_punkbuster 1

to your autoexec.cfg in etmain folder, maybe that will fix it

Looks like ET isn't the only game affected by xfire's game loading.

If you're using Windows 7, you can find your ET folder and possibly restore it from a previous date before you used xfire on it.

yea.. i did find a solution i had to Completely remove My Wolf folder and re-install it so now im down to 25 exp instead of 50k and i lost my admin rank + i have to fix xpSave again
