all these shooting games are the same now days!

Bf3 is more in the direction of the large scale battles (except some expansions that are more kind cod). From what I have understood, as I have not tried this game, moh w is related to special operations.

 

I think that is subjective like always, some will like a game more than another depending on the preferences of each :)
