I don't really now but i think Belgians will have a great influence,

 

Hazard (Chelsea, had a foot in all goals chelsea scored this season in the league)

Kompany (Manchester City)

Fellaini (Everton)

Lukaku (West Brom)

Dembeme (Just transferred from Fullham to Spurs)

Mignolet (Sunderland)

and Vermaelen (Arsenal)

The Belgians are doing very good in the PL. With Van Der Vaart and Modric gone, Dembele should get quite some playing time at Spurs, I hope he can show some good things.
