Rock or Rap?

I can enjoy (and relate to) anything rock. From the days of CCR, Clapton, Eagles, Cream, all the way up to Slipknot, Dimmu Borgir, BMTH, etc...

That's a bit shortsighted, isn't it? Not all rap is about that, same as all rock isn't about heroine, sex and suicide. That being said, I like some rap every now and then, but prefer rock.

You're going to obviously get people from sided opinions, such as rock being too hardcore and rap just talking about sex, drugs, and alcohol. I listen to everything but prefer rock for purely the reason that rock takes vocal and instrumental talent; anyone can rap.
