While playing lately every few minutes my screen will completely lock up for like just a second. I'm reinstalling it to see if it fixes it. Any ideas?

I've never heard of this before but if could be something updateing. Maybe punkbuster. Try this /pb_sleep 500

This will probably not fix your problem but it's worth a try :)

If you do reinstall, don't forget to save a copy of your etkey elsewhere so you can re-insert later.

Already did that, its not as bad though as I've coped with playing ET while it does it, and it doesn't even bother me anymore (unless i look for it). Anyway every few minutes or so the screen will just freeze. FPS is good, Lag meter is good, Graphics card is good. I just don't know.

Is your CPU-heat-alarm turned on? Updated graphics driver? Or is some bad-mannered background process stealing all the resources?

Or is the Zombie Remailer spamming mail to the InterVerse at that time?
