Glitch on Makarech

I couldn't find a post already on this. But if you jump out of the big tower on makarech streets, then you can walk over the sky and buildings.

Is this a legal glitch? From the demo, it seems hard to attain, but at the same time, he was rampaging, from what I hear.

Player attempted that and became successful. He was floating in the air and begun shooting enemies but enemies can shoot him back. Here's latest demo.

Same regular player of J3 as posted by Frated. Is there any grounds of action for this player if repeatedly done?

Ive always thought that if players can shoot back then its not so big deal. It would be bug abusing when u lay down in the tower near bridge and allies cant shoot you back.

did the map creator intend for that to be done? If not, then rule 13 indicates repeately doing that can result in up to long term ban, after three warns, and possible specing or a couple kickings.

There was another post regarding "Sky Walking" somewhere. Don't think it was for this particular map, but I do remember that it was allowed, since you can shoot them.
