ET Problems.

I have been having problems with Wolfenstein as it wont save my video resolution or connection settings?

also i dont think it ever save's connection setting not sure tho and for resolution use this ET.exe"+r_customwidth "1360"

+r_customheight "768" put it in the Properties -> shortcut

That would work fine. Alternatively, put them inside your CFG file without the + ofcourse

I need a little more demonstration as i have no idea where to put it? I'm only looking for the resolution thats a setup above 800x600, and it gets buggy anything more then 1024x768

Edit your config file and append

 

seta r_customheight "800"

seta r_customwidth "600"

 

Save and restart ET. If you dont know your config file, look for autoexec.cfg . If you cant find autoexec.cfg inside your ET folder and folders underneath of that, then create one. How? Launch ET. Go to console. Write at the console

 

/writeconfig autoexec.cfg

 

Then exit ET. Re-launch ET and see.

You probably edit your settings in jaymod or something like that but for these settings you need to edit them in etmain since it it the first mod loaded.

That would be 600x800.

I edit the settings in jaymod and regular but doesn't save. Going to do it in game later.

you will find a new button called "autoexec" @ Main Profile (also direct connect buttons to all F|A Servers)

 

 

open it and change your resolution (and much more).
