XP was reset to 0

Hi all,

 

I am XbitDog, a fan of the FA Servers and my XP was reset today, because yesterday my XP total was 48,000+ and now its back to 0, can you let me know what happened and if you can fix it?

If its on F|A 2 I am aware of the problem since I lost my xp as well, when I have some free time I will look into it.
