So i bought Cod4 i love to play but all others sucks. Chat on left side is so small and goes fast , console messy and all white text.

Dunno if its my reso or smthing i play with 1280x1024.

 

1. Can u get chatbox larger or smthing?

2. Console can do smthing to make it less messy

3. Reso helps in anyway and what u suggest for it?

I agree that those things are a bit annoying, dont think it's possible to change that though :/

If you think the chat goes too fast then go to C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\players\profiles and open your profile. Then open the config_mp.cfg with notepad or whatever and search for "seta cg_chatTime" i think the default is set to 12000 and that's in milliseconds.

Don't really know how to make it bigger but if you have any other questions then just ask me and ill see what i can do!

Yeah, I don't think you can make chat bigger, you have to get used to it, and the game doesn't seem very messy to me. :/
