Need Help for Binds!

Hi there!

 

Is anybody can help me how to get binds? because i must use them to get faster and immediate replies to people in the game, for example if somebody is afk , it would be like pain in the ass for me(sorry for my language). Because i have to keep typing "are you there" for several times ,or for balancing the teams ,reminding people to speak English in main chat and many other stuff.

well for asking are u there i dont think there is command that it askes people u spec or dunno. but for language heres easy example.

 

and just copy paste that to console or in cfg ( "bind o "say English in mainchat only. Thanks) <-cfg

 

/bind o say English in mainchat only. Thanks <-console

 

rest goes like that

 

/bind (key u want the bind in) say (message exmpl. Balance teams etc..)

You could create a config like this:

 

-Open new cfg file and write in it: "vsay hi ^1In main chat English only please! Thanks!"

- save it in your etmainfolder as language.cfg

-start ET, jay 3, open console

- type: /bind g exec language.cfg

 

That's one I would use for language issues.

Concerning people who are afk, you always need to write them personally in private message chat to get their attention. I don't think there is a bind. You just have to do it yourself. And don't get annoyed by it. It's admin work =)

there are codes which you type will display a name.

 

For example [p] will display the player's name you are pointing at. If there is an AFK in your team you can use this bind: /bind [key] [p] Are you there? With colors to your taste and to grab attention.
